JUDr. Petr MichalDr Petr Michal joined CÍSAŘ, ČEŠKA, SMUTNÝ a spol. in 2004 as an articling lawyer under the guidance of Prof Zdeněk Češka. He provides services to the law firm’s key strategic clients and specialises in insolvency proceedings, including those with a cross-border element, particularly in Germany. He has been an external partner of CÍSAŘ, ČEŠKA, SMUTNÝ a spol. since 2007. Dr Michal has dedicated his professional life to CÍSAŘ, ČEŠKA, SMUTNÝ a spol., with which he has worked for eight years now. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and spent one year studying at Humboldt University in Berlin, where he focused on civil law. As an external partner of CÍSAŘ, ČEŠKA, SMUTNÝ a spol. he leads legal teams active in the fields of his specialisation and is responsible for the provision of full legal services to the law firm’s accounts.
