JUDr. Jaromír CísařDr Jaromír Císař started as a senior lecturer at Charles University’s Fa­culty of Law in Prague. Since 1993 he has been fully engaged in the legal profession, in which he has acquired rich experience with resolving extensive and complicated cases for a broad range of clients in both the private and public sectors. He currently works, amongst other things, as an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Czech Agrarian Chamber in Prague; he continues to teach legal history at Charles University’s Fa­culty of Law. Dr Císař has authored a number of technical books, articles, and law textbooks.
